Cauliflower Power



I tried a new recipe tonight that I had seen on Rachael Ray about a year ago. It is Smashed Cauliflower! It may sound really gross but I loved it! I just boiled the cauliflower and then added a tiny bit of butter, garlic salt, and pepper. Instead of smashed potatoes I just substituted these and it was a much healthier option.

  1. Thanks for posting this! I just saw this today, and as it turns out, we have cauliflower in our fridge from the co-op we are in..... I had no idea what I was going to make with it. I will make this now! Thanks!
